Our definition of the leeves: two popsicles falling in love then going to Barbados for a secret getaway but then realizing the searing sun would be the cause of their melty sticky wet wet death. (Don't you think we sound just like that?)
Jerrod did a radio show on WUAG called "Radio Greensboro". A band cancelled one Sunday and he gathered Jon and Doug to make up songs to fill the gap. They rocked out under the moniker "The Leeves Are turning Red and Orange and Purple". Just because it was college radio and the kids love long band names. They played the radio show and two years later they decided they should plug in and use a full drum set. New songs were written and some of Jerrod's "Live From the Basement" songs were dusted off. Maybe one day they will play full time, every single day. Until that day enjoy the brief moments when these boys are pouring their hearts and souls into this music which comes straight from (you guessed it) their hearts and souls
