Pete and Steve

About me:

Pete and Steve Lewinson are an in-demand rhythm section, production and songwriting team. They have worked with a number of eminent artists, including Annie Lennox, Corinne Bailey Rae, Massive Attack, and Herbie Hancock, among many others. They were the rhythm section of Simply Red for several years and recently concluded the band's farewell tour. The Lewinsons also are active separately. Steve has been out on the road playing bass in the recently re-formed Lighthouse Family, and Pete can be heard on the drums on Sade's #1 hit "Soldier of Love" and is touring with her in support of the album in the U.S. and abroad. The Lewinsons also have a variety of new projects in the works, including a film score just completed in LA, an album of their original songs featuring their favorite artists, as well as soundtracks for television. They invite contact from established and new artists interested in collaboration and thank their fans for their support!
