   About The Librarians
The Librarians started performing in early 2006, formed by Tom Whiston (vocals and guitar), Ally Dann (drums) and John Lawrence (bass and backing vocals) who left in november 2006 due to transportation and commitment problems to be replaced by Kurt Malton. In January of 2008 Craig Ayto joined on guitar, keys and backing vocals and things were looking really good. However In May Craig Left the band and two months later when Tom quit The Librarians came to an end.

Hi, i added you a while ago so you might not have heard about my new mixtape "Sleepless Nights". The mixtape is 12 tracks strong, all instrumentals. The mixtape consists of some Grime, some Hip-hop, some Electro type songs and some Experimental stuff. Im not expecting everyone to like it, but its a very interesting muxtape, nothing like you've ever heard before. Anyway, if you would like to download it, its on my MYSPACE profile page and is very easy to download.
THANKS MUCH!!!!!

The real reason behind their splitting up is that Kurt is looking at life in jail due to his many and varied crimes against the crown, namely the disrespect, sexual harassment and sodomy of her majesties corgi's.
Tom is loosing his lifelong battle against aids that he says he caught while he was out drinking but we all know it was 6ft (Huge Sausage) Morris, a passing salesman in the peanut butter trade and Ally has gone back to New Orleans to wear that ball and chain.
Thus ends the story of the librarians and their quality music along with it.
However its not all bad, some people blame the rise in knife crime on the growing popularity of the librarians and it is a small victory on the part of the anti-knife protestors. I spoke to Maureen Skaslib of 42 West Tree Avenue, Swindon and here is what she had to say:
"The Libwarians are a bunch of arseholes and tosslids, I am glad to see they have finally seen sense and split up, my young boy of eight stabbed me thrice after listening to "Alice likes Hippos and spacemen", he's just not the same boy anymore. The killing sprees brought about by this band is unholy and in my opinion, they should be locked up!"

My review of the librarians? Nonsense, hard sex and fiddle faddle.

Please come and enjoy our festival with us!

Tickets are now on sale for LEGEND: Bob Marley & The Wailers tribute act on Friday 15th August at The Brewery Tap in Peterborough. Considered the best Bob Marley tribute act in the UK, band members have played with such greats as Desmond Decker, Apache Indian, The Beat and Musical Youth. Their two hour set is guaranteed to have you dancing and singing along to the legendary hits from the King of Reggae.

Supporting Legend and warming you up earlier in the evening are the fantastic soul/funksters Groove Cartel, plus DJ Wolfman Jock playing some rare pop psychadelica groves from over the decades.

Tickets are only available in advance and sold out quickly last year. However, this year you can order by credit card on 01733 358500 or in person from The Brewery Tap or Charters in Peterborough... just £10 each.

This promises to be an awesome night of entertainment will also help raise funds for Sue Ryder Care at Thorpe Hall Hospice, so please do support us. There is also a range of authentic Thai cuisine available before the music starts, so you can make a night of it!

See MySpace page for more details or go to www.randallrootz.org to find out more about our events over that weekend.

Hope to see you there!
Cheers from all of us at Randall Rootz
