Cousins Danny Pape (Rhythm/Vocals) and Theo Pape (Drums) formed The Life around the end of summer 2007. They worked diligently to get together a small collection of songs which they felt were gig worthy. Friend of the band, Declan Mcclelland (Bass), joined in March 2008, and the trio played their first gig at the Inn On The Green in late April of the same year.
