My two favorite albums in existence would probably be "In the Aeroplane over the Sea" and "Freshman Year" by Hop Along, Queen Ansleis.
Both of those two albums are phenomenal. And all so well pieced together.
Ah! You have some good tastes as well. I love most of the bands you have listed.
My top influences? Neutral Milk Hotel, Paul Baribeau, Hop Along Queen Ansleis, The Beatles (But of course!), Bob Dylan (But of course!), and also just the underground folky guys like Dustin and the furniture, A drum and an open window, toby foster, all that jazz.
I'm really pretty much influenced by whatever I listen to. All of it.
hey thanks man, you too! that was a fun show. and thanks for putting the whole thing together. I'd do the 15th but my mom & brother's brithday's that weekend so I'm going home. I can try to plan one for after that though.
Tell you about myself. That should be easy enough. Or not. We'll see.
I'm Amber. I'm 15, but age is just a number, so I try not to base anything on age alone. :) I've been playing guitar for about 3 years, and I actually just recently started playing the ukulele. I really want a sitar. I think that sitars are the prettiest instruments in existence. But those are the basics.
Hello there! I quite like your music. Well, I've only listened to mathematics so far, but I'm really diggin' it. I'm sure I'll love your other stuff as well. :)
But anyhow, thank you very much for adding me. :) I quite appreciate it, and it's lovely to meet you.
heres my top 5 so you can choose from them: 1. some things last a long time 2. never relaxed 3. dont let the sun go down on your grievances 4. devil town 5. lousy weekend
my utter excitement for college is kicking in. i met so many cool people this weekend at orientation and i fell in love with monterey. it is such the perfect place for me. and im listening to a record that i bought at the record store there, this old hippie man runs it and recommended a band called Espers to me. i like it a lot and im stoked to live in a place with a record store for once!
