I disagree with your opinions of Belfort. Sure Terry Martin took him to the 2nd rd. but it was Vitor's first fight @ 185 lbs. So, you honestly couldn't expect him to flurry early & not worry about gassing out due to dehydration. Hell, it was already a problem he faced in the Light-Heavyweight division. And I don't think he'll even lose to Santiago, the problem Belfort had was with dominating wrestlers, not bjj practioners. I don't see Santiago being on the same level as Couture or even Tito Ortiz when it comes to wrestling. And he didn't just stop Lindland, he did it viciously. Lindland was out on the canvas for what seemed like forever. If you re-watch those fights you can see the explosiveness he once again has by watching the way he slips punches & counters. Plus his footwork. So do I believe he can contest with Anderson Silva? Heck Yeah!
