The Limeleaves were formed on the island of Öland (off the south-east coast of Sweden) by brother and sister Joakim and Jennifer Lindblad. The band has recently released their fourth studio album “Fisherman”. In addition to writing songs for The Limeleaves, Joakim has also written a 40 minute classical symphony, and the original score for the Australian short film Shadow Train (set in 19th century Queensland).
The music for Shadow Train was nominated for the QNFA award of Best original score at the Brisbane International Film Festival 2007.
