Kevin - Had a think about this... Any music that makes the hairs on the back of my arms stand up, anything that makes me cry, anything that makes me smile, anything that makes me angry or dance. Releases:
The Lindeans were formed at the end of 2006, blending atmospheric rock guitar with melodic harmonies, combining this with heart wrenching lyrics and emotive vocals.
They had previously played together as Perfect Blue, who gigged extensively in Glasgow and Edinburgh in the late 90s, and recorded one album, Aesthetics in 2001. However, this wasn't simply Perfect Blue Mark 2: from the start it was clear that the song writing had developed, and the sound was something quite different.
They pride themselves in writing and producing their own distinctive brand of music, creating a unique atmosphere. Their work is proudly self produced and released on their own label Rhelonie Records, i.e. they do it all themselves! Little acorns!
The first E.P., I Never Wanted You To Cry was ready by January 2007. It was released on I-Tunes and has now been heard and sold all over the world. The tracks Always Remain and Try One More Time were completed soon after and have now been released as part of the Different Times E.P.
The song "It's Not Me" was completed in March 2008. Recorded at Rhelonie Recording Studio, Jerusalem, Scotland, this song shows a darker more mature side to the band. The new double ‘A’ side release About Nothing/It’s Not Me is also now available on iTunes.
They have been getting heavy rotation on many different radio stations such as I-Channel, and Longtown Sound. Through promotion on myspace and their radio exposure they have been making new converts all over the place. For the future, work continues on their debut album.
The Lindeans are now being played on iChannel Radio. Our thanks to iChannel for their support, and also of course thanks to their listeners! Click on the link below to find out more.

Hey pal!! Just letting you know that were playing Studio 24 on march 23rd so if your not too busy wed really appreciate it if you could make it along :)
It’s been far too long since I last said hello and so much has happened I thought it about time we did.
We’ve changed a lot, now we are an “UltraModern, post-electro rock, post-nu rave behemoth where Muse and Mansun meet a Massive Attack with Duran Duran pop sensibilities, louder guitars, and a stunning female front person/guitar virtuoso”, or so we have been told.
I’d love to know what you’ve been up to since we disappeared into the dark damp studio cave, let us know how it’s going, I’m always up for a chat! May your thoughts be Scarlet and your actions Blonde ;-) Dawn xx Scarlet/blonde
