The Lingus are an indie rock band from Antrim, Northern Ireland. They create an uplifting melodic sound by blending driving guitars, soaring vocals and delicate harmonies.
The band have released three EP's, This Can't Be It, Eventide and Rebuild The Bridges, each receiving critical acclaim from the Northern Irish media and radio airplay on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio Ulster, Downtown Radio and Steve Lamacq on BBC 6 Music.
They have played many venues across Northern Ireland and beyond including appearances at Gifted @ the Empire, Radar Live, the BelFEST festival, the NI:NG festival in London and support slots with the likes of Larrikin Love, The Adventures, The Dudley Corporation and The Answer.
Some of their songs have featured on various unsigned compilations including Public Service Broadcast 6, released by UK indie label Smalltown America.
