Would it surprise you to find out that this year-old Western MA based band has already performed for the Queen of England? Would it shock you to hear that their first album was Co-written by John Mayer? Would it knock you over to learn that they’ve shared a stage with Sir Paul McCartney? I’m sure it would, but we’re here to state facts not ask hypothetical questions…
Travis Ledoyt has traveled the country and overseas performing a tribute to young Elvis Presley for ten years. While these performances were well received and the performing very enjoyable, he’d always felt he had more to offer. Over the last couple years he began writing his own music and expanding his musical tastes. His next step was putting a band together to showcase these songs and free himself from the musical restrictions of a tribute show. He put ads in the local paper and on the Internet looking for ambitious and serious musicians.
Adam Therrien was the first to join the project. He had been playing in bands since he was 11. He is an accomplished guitarist, bassist, singer, songwriter, and even occasional drummer. Some of his former bands were “The Screwdrivers”, “The Waking Giants” and “Ambershed”. He has written and released three albums of his own music and continues with this project to write and collaborate with Travis in this new direction. His invaluable contribution shows through in his signature solos and tasteful harmonies.
Jeremy Monette was an unexpected and surprising addition to the band considering his heavier roots. His previous band, “Stimuli” was well known in the Metal/Grindcore scene. He was in attendance at one of the band’s first performances and later expressed his interest in being a part of the project. A very studious and disciplined drummer he adds an energy and drive that has helped shape and refine the band’s sound.
Ryan Connor is the newest member of the group and the hardest to find. The unfortunate departure of the previous bass player left the group on a lengthy search for the perfect replacement. Jeremy discovered him in a “Daddy’s Junk Music” store where he overheard him discussing bass technique. After approaching him, Jeremy discovered that he had been playing in bands for 8 years but had yet to feel challenged musically. He auditioned immediately after and the decision was unanimous. He is a quick study and a solid and tasteful musician.
The band is proud to announce the release of their first album, “Musical Time Machine” and their first music video, “Halloween Killer”.
I sent an angel to watch over you last night, but it came back. I asked,"Why?"... The angel said: "Angels don't watch over Angels!." Twenty Angels are IN Your World. Ten of them are sleeping. Nine are playing. One is reading this comment . . . Send this to ten friends, including me. As SOON As You Get Five Replies, Someone You Love will quietly surprise You
