    The Little Beauties are a 6 piece band with an additional 3 piece brass. All members are well seasoned within the Irish music scene. Members have played in a lot of bands including The Jackmans, Keltic Posse, Hope sandoval, The Blondie experience and many more. The band is fronted by Amanda Claxton who has amazing vocals and lyrics and not to mention stage presence. We are a fun outfit with influences of ska and jangle sounding guitars. We have been together since spring 2010 and are currently recording our first album which we hope to release by Summer 2012. The Bands rythmn section is tight and solid holding down stomping beats, while guitars and keyboards offer great hooks and melodies and of course beautiful brass overtones add colour to The Little Beauties sound. A great live band creating good vibes that make you want to dance. The Little beauties are at their best playing live gigs and have enjoyed playing various venues around Dublin. They also played the Booleigh Ska Festival in August 2011 and The Electric Picinic in September 2011.

Just lend your ears to tracks Bending Seas and Maybe – there’s only Audiokiss in there. We hope our future paths will cross.
