The musicians, Jesse, Kevin, and Jon, are products of the New York traditional jazz scene, but their sound transcends all categories. Their arrangements of old songs sound new while their new songs sound like old arrangements. Jack Henry of the Jazz Journal calls the jazz trio “bigger than any big band.” Peter Tyson of the Brooklyn Social says “their sound covers the entire history of jazz and then some.”
