Little Victories has been making (mostly)instrumental music that combines such distinct influences as post-rock, krautrock, psychedelic, and post-punk, since 2003. A combination of melody, driving bass, rhythmic beats, and guitars with an array of effects has come to define their sound, but nothing is ever off limits.
They have been honing their skills at dives and clubs in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Asbury Park and Trenton for the past few years, and have entertained listeners around the globe via a live set on the legendary WFMU.
Their new album, LV, was recorded by James Dellatacoma at Bill Laswell's Orange Sounds and is available now on amazon, emusic, itunes, or from the band.
