THE LIVE-A-BIRDS Present a monthly new band night in the back room of the Hoxton Square Bar, Shoreditch. The regular monthly night takes place on the last Thursday of each month. So get ready, get on those glam rags and get down to check out a whole nest of fab entertainers who are ready to help you get in the swing of things in one of the most up and coming and surely notorious dens in London. The plan? The birds are going to party till 1am where they will lure you into their vortex, a shameful place of boozy birds and boys getting off to both unsigned bands and bands who have been lucky enough to have climbed the wall. The night also consists of a remarkable line up of Djs who will carry the rocknroll torch forward for all. MAY LINE UP - THE FINAL CURTAIN!!!

My Toys Like Me	May 3 2009 7:00 PM just wanted to let you know we are going to be down at Phonica Records in Soho (51 Poland St ) this Thursday evening (7 May) to celebrate the release of our first album. we are putting a rather good little soundsystem in. Then we'll mix up some lovely drinks to ply you with, and go and play a few songs around 8pm. If the weather is nice the windows of the shop slide out and we'll be playing out to the street hope to see you down there...if not I'll drink yours! - especially if I am holding a copy of the finished article (fingers crossed - they are meant to be delivered that day...) cheers!
