Some kind of MySpace virus floating around...
If you receive a msg from someone (or me) saying "RIP" and talking about someone that died...

Do not go to the link listed on the comment. It takes you to a blank sign-up page for MySpace and if you enter in your username and password again, then whoever is sending the virus has access to your MySpace account.

If you have done this recently, I would suggest you change your password as soon as you are able.

I just discovered this problem myself and had to change my password as well. MySpace is just one of those screwed up websites that it seems you have to resign on all the time anyway, so it didn't seem like any big deal to me until I started getting reports that others were receiving the RIP message from me.

Sorry if it has caused anyone any inconvenience.

Well, this goes for every day, not just Christmas, but at
this point in my personal growth and transformation, this is a perfect
Christmas thought to share with you all:

I'm starting to remember that sharing yourself with people, and showing them
what you're made of, and who you are, is really the key to happiness.
Basically wearing your heart on your sleeve. I used to be afraid of that
idea, afraid of rejection, afraid of being made fun of, but I'm realizing
now that it only makes people around you feel better, and they return that
to you many times over. It's really amazing, the people that have been
watching me transform myself, watching me open up and change from this
depressed somewhat cold fish into this open hearted loving happy person.
They are really responsive to me now, and I can see that they are very
inspired by the change they see in me. None of them have rejected me, only
showed me more love. None of them have made fun of me, only been more
friendly to me. It really makes my heart feel wonderful. NEVER, EVER allow
FEAR to stop you from being happy and sharing with people the heart of gold
that lies within yourself. The PIECE OF GOD that lies within yourself. That
fear is irrational. That fear isn't necessary. Show people that part of
yourself. SHOW IT TO PEOPLE! People will only love you more. The more love
you share with others, the more of yourself you share with others, the more
love you will also feel within your own heart.

My wish for you all is the have a Christmas and Holiday Season overflowing
with peace, love, laughter and positive energy!

    Kenny

Thanks for the add request! I have lost over 100 Lbs on this diet, got off my insulin for diabetes, got my cholesterol level down to normal, and all other aspects of my health have dramatically improved.

Thanks for the add. I haven't watched your show yet but will have to check it out..
I lost over 100lbs with low carb and have kept it off for almost 2 years. I have backslide on eating this way, but thanks to the loss can be active enough to keep it off. I have before pics on my myspace and have really improved my life. Low carb was my last option before gastric bipass.. so glad that I chose that. :)
