The Local 504 takes place in New Orleans almost 20 Years after the Soviet invasion in 1989.
After spending almost 10 years extinguishing the American Resistance Forces the Soviet empire begins to crumble under its own mass. Meanwhile the European Union, with the help of China, begins a preemptive strike against The Soviet Union.
With the the looming threats on the Eurasian fronts the Soviets begin to move troops out of the United States and back to the Soviet front lines.
With diminished forces in the United States the American resistance movement begins to rise again. Eventually a somewhat organized American Resistance Forces is established with smaller Local forces spread across the country.
This is the story of one of those local groups, The Local 504, and the struggles they have with the local KGB, and amongst each other.
