JONGLEURS, one of the worlds most successful and recognised entertainment & comedy brands has teamed up with a group of innovative & experienced music industry people to create an event dedicated to finding the best new musical talent in the UK called THE LOCK OUT. Together we've selected the best of whats emerging on the new music scene and are bringing it directly to you in the form of a unique live music residency held at Jongleurs original home Dingwalls in Camden Lock, London.
THE LOCK OUT is a new brand that will extend into many other areas of the music industry helping these new performers and song writers to promote their music and achieve much valued exposure. With exclusive access to over HALF A MILLION REGISTERED MEMBERS and exposure on a website with traffic currently at 100 000 per month, we are able to share with a huge section of the public, music, news and various other information about our LOCK OUT artists. THE LOCK OUT will also tour nationally utilising Jongleurs 14 high quality live venues.
Acts selected by us will feature on THE LOCK OUT events and compilation albums and will be exposed not only to a wide audience but also to a willing audience who have already expressed their desire to learn about THE LOCK OUT acts past and present. In the digital age of today we believe this technique and ability for promotion and exposure is the best and perhaps only way forward!

Calling all music lovers, do you think you know an artist or band that would be perfect to play THE LOCK OUT, London’s best new music event? Are you in a band and think you have what it takes to impress THE LOCK OUT audience? Or are you a fan of a group who you think deserves to play THE LOCK OUT stage?

THE LOCK OUT is looking for just one band to play at their event on Ocyober 15th. Past acts at this prestigious show include SCOTT MATTHEWS, BETH ROWLEY, ONE ESKIMO and PASSENGER with famous faces such as DJ YODA and DIDO watching from the audience. Many of the bands that have played THE LOCK OUT have gone on to sign with Major recording and publishing companies.
If the band you introduce to us is chosen to perform, you will receive 2 free tickets to see them make their debuts at THE LOCK OUT as well as joining THE LOCK OUT team for VIP drinks with the other artists after the show.

All bands or fans that apply for the slot must have relevant live experience in and around the London music circuit, performing to crowds of all shapes and sizes. The winner will be chosen by THE LOCK OUT team one month before the event.
