Is it really you? I am delighted to be counted among your friends. I have been a big fan of your music for a long time - saw a wonderful performance of yours in Montreal some years ago. Right on!
Keep doing your wonderfully inspired thing!

hello triple j from the hills of nc, up where the moonshine flows like tar from a tree. beautiful to hear from you, and nice to think of you in that church... you always seemed holy anyway... let me know if you are going out and about for shows, there are some sneaky venues up here.

It takes 30 people for us to do what you do with one hand tied behind your back.

Hi Lonesome. Been a fan since I saw the 1-man-band extravaganza at the Fireside around the time of 'Collector.' I'll be at the Hideout on the 24th to relive it all.

Collector of Cactus Echo Bags has consumed me and shat me out many a time. Incredible.

About me:

As The Lonesome Organist One Man Band, I have been asserting my kuluckishness from 1996 to the present. I do not truly know what propels me forward but it seems that I am still compelled to strap on my Mitten Sticks (TM) and bash away. In spite of my efforts to grow the fuck up, I am still captivated with the immediacy that the solo simultaneous instrumentalus genre offers. It seems that there have been several MySpace pages created for The Lonesome Organist by (hopefully) enthusiasts. This page is the one that I, tripple J, will fully maintain.
The Lonesome Organist has four releases on Thrill Jockey Records
  1. Untitled 7inch 1996
  2. "Collector of Cactus Echo Bags" 1997
  3. "Cavalcade" 1999
  4. "Forms and Follies" 2003

I am currently serving as organist and choir director at a small Unitarian church.
Under normal circumstances I do not believe that a humble and aged rocker is wise to assert the influence of his effort for his own promotion, however, extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures.
Here then, is a sampling of my oeuvre for posterity and for amusement
