The Loose Skrews have been playing their own brand of pub rock punk since 2003. Releasing their first CD "More Than a Few" on their own and appearing on a few compilations over the years (including the renowned Foreign Object comp released by Italys Scary Records, or The Kamikaze Broadcast Volume 2 on No Front Teeth Records) has helped garner The Loose Skrews a gigantic and loyal following in the worldwide punk scene. The Loose Skrews were also featured on the Spring Broke punk DVD as well as on a 4-band split 7 release on ScatboyRecords. The Loose Skrews have shared dates with some of the most popular names in the punk, Oi!, and hardcore scenes such as Agent Orange, aka:Rudie, All Or Nothing HC, Beerzone, The Business, Flatfoot 56, GWAR, NOFX, Michael Graves, Murphy's Law, Naked Aggression, Retching Red and Run Like Hell. The Loose Skrews released their 2nd CD "Have Another Brew" in 2006, which features 17 more beer-soaked hardcore anthems and party pleasers fused with full throttle street punk. Touring the south and southeast extensively throughout 2007, the band continues building their name with an attitude of playing ANYWHERE: backyards, living rooms, mobile homes, squat houses, basement clubs, and of course proper venues as well.
