I was thinking of adding something along the lines of this in the ceremony.... wherever you feel is best is fine. They are not really old enough to say anything... Brandon is 3 and Mathew is 9 months. Would this be okay?

Things we would like to add: Including the kids (Brandon and Mathew) in the wording somehow. When Adam walks down with you we would like the boys to go with you two. Then he will hand them off to the best man and groomsman.
