I'm from Sterling, Alaska originally – though I hardly expect most of you to know where that is - and grew up with a home-town set of values. I love the snow, and one day hope to move back there. I love my family and close friends, my dog and my freedom.
I like to think of myself as a musician, though that really only means I like to sing and pretend I play guitar. Music remains a huge part of my identity, as it does for everyone, I imagine. You can tell much about a person by what they listen to.
I lived in California for quite a while (which I cannot in good conscience recommend) from the time I graduated high school. Then, in the early days of 2007, I landed in Connecticut, where I now reside.
But is a man defined by where he lives? Can he be described by what music he enjoys or by the people he loves? Is he his clothes, his car, his job or his apartment? Rhetorical questions only, folks. Just some thoughts to chew on.
