The Lost Tribe Of America is a collection of musicians from Topanga, California, gathered together to play improvised music in a non-commercial setting.
By combining electric guitar, analog synths and harmonica, with acoustic guitar, bass and drums, and spoken-word, we create a unique sound that blends many styles and influences.

BENEFIT CONCERT Jan 21st
On Sunday, January 21st, 2007 from 3-7pm, there will be a benefit concert and party at the Topanga Community House, 1440 N.Topanga Cyn Blvd, to help raise money for long-time local resident Spira who's home burned to the ground in November. Some of the featured musicians include our group: THE LOST TRIBE OF AMERICA, as well as local band TOPANGA MOUNTAIN TREE-O, and Frank Zappa's old keyboard player DON PRESTON's band, as well as the great group VENICE! Tickets are $15 to attend.
This event will sell out. There will be no advance sale of tickets, and the event starts promptly at 3:00pm. You can check out the musicians' websites and hear their music at www.TopangaBands.com
