Influences
Andy - "I Love AC/DC, Iron Maiden, and Edguy, but my biggest influence would be Steve Vai. He has inspired me more than any other guitarist, although Angus Young is a close second. As for genres, I'll quite happily turn my iPod on shuffle and go from Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, or Paramore to Falconer, Rhapsody, and Amon Amarth and everything in between."
///
Alex - "I enjoy anything i can get my hands on to play, i prefer a music with a hard attack or soft groove, my main influences would be Flea (Chili Peppers) and Christopher Wolstenholme (Muse) followed by Victor Wooten and Tim Commerford ( Audioslave and Rage Against the Machine)"
///
Evan - "Page and Hendrix for sure. They're just amazing"
///

Sounds Like
A lot of different music backgrounds coming together. And classic rock.
The story so far...
The Loud was formed in early 2008 by 5 young musicians. Most of the members had rarely ever hung out with each other before, but from the first chord they knew they were ment to be a Band. After quickly deciding none of them could sing, they met up with Jamie Bentz. She brought a voice to the music that fit perfectly. Unfortunatley, after playing their 3rd show original drummer Claire Dodge was forced to quit the band to pursue her studies at university. Cody Dontigny was chosen to be her replacement. After another year of sucesfull shows and a trip to the studio, it was evident that the lineup couldn't cary on. As Cody started College, and Jamie found herself unable to fulfill her more important duties in life while trying to stay with the Band, The Loud recruited Darius Moghaddam and Julian Martin to be their respective replacements.
Hey The Loud, Some of you came out to see the show when we opened for THE POODLES two weeks ago in Hudiksvall, Sweden. Some of you missed the whole thing. One cool thing with this gig is that my brother, Pete, stepped in for Tom Pearson. Pete is the lead vocalist of CARNAL FORGE. Talk about a Metal Clash!! Haha. Check it out!!
