“Love Buzz” è una band composta da 4 ragazzi provenienti da due paesi siti al centro della Sicilia.
Nasce intorno alla prima metà del 2000, dopo che i due cugini Luca Schillaci e Gaetano Guasto decidono di formare una band per suonare cover dei Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Foo Fighters, ecc.
Dopo anni di cambi formazione e di un repertorio Grunge, il gruppo è attualmente composto da:
Luca Schillaci: Voce - Chitarra
Gaetano Guasto: Chitarre
Marco Capodici: batteria
In questi nove anni i Love Buzz hanno avuto l’occasione di suonare in moltissimi locali siciliani, esperienza che li ha consacrati come una delle più importanti realtà emergenti dell’Isola. A tutto ciò si aggiungono vari concerti nel Centro Italia cosa che ha permesso al gruppo di aggiungere nuovi fans oltre a quelli siciliani. Da segnalare anche la partecipazione ad importanti festivals come il Koine-Com organizzato con l’appoggio della Regione Sicilia che li ha visiti primi classificati per la provincia di Caltanissetta; oppure finalisti a Jesi, al noto Festival Pergolesi.
Tra i numerosi concerti del 2008, da segnalare l’apertura di uno spettacolo di Kledi a Palermo di fronte 2.500 persone in totale delirio.
Nell’estate del 2009 finalmente vede la luce il loro primo disco “A sign on my skin”, 10 pezzi inediti registrati al Red House Recordings di Senigallia e distribuito in tutt’Europa da Radar Music.
A settembre 2009 esce il loro primo videoclip “Cold Sun” che vede alla regia il noto “Stefano Bertelli” di Seenfilm peraltro regista di tanti artisti di successo come Caparezza, Afterhours, Nomadi e tanti altri.
