   About The Mafs
The Mafs perform songs of hope, and hopelessness. Much like the Velvet Underground and the Carter Family they find beauty in the tragic truths and ugliness of this world. Songwriters Rebecca Ivey and Jamie Hamilton are influenced by the Velvet Underground and the Carter family as well as more modern artists such as Jeff Tweedy and Aimee Mann. They have a single available at iTunes and are finishing up an EP. They love to play all age’s shows, coffeehouses, living room concerts, and back porch parties. Contact them at MySpace.

Now available at The Mafs..
