We play rock-n-roll with guitars, bass and drums and synth.
Chad Peterson, Aaron Betcher (both of the late Denver band O'er the Ramparts) and Tyler Wilcox (The Dwindling Party) started playing music together in the summer of 2007. They recruited Charli White on bass to fill out the sound. Together the Magic Mice make sounds that can be both dreamy and heavy but always extremely melodic. Think Sonic Youth, Built to Spill, Yo La Tengo, Guided by Voices, etc. They've played shows with David Kilgour, Division Day, and a host of great Denver bands. Charli has recently stepped down as the anchor for the Mice. We thank for for her 2 years of service! On that note, we invite Daniel P. McDermott to the band on the bass. Aaron and Chad played with Dan in O'er the Ramparts some years ago. Look for Dan's official debut at the Denver Post Underground Music Showcase!!!
