The Management Agency, Inc. was founded as a direct response to ministries, non-profit organizations and artists' need for professional management services at a reasonable price provided by someone with experience specifically related to their fields. I have worked with and served churches, ministries, and artists for over 23 years. My experience in the corporate world (banking and aerospace defense) allows me to effectively communicate and work with the businesses with which churches, ministries, artists and non-profit entities relate on a regular basis.
We have a unique "product" in the industry, in that we provide an umbrella of services including management, marketing & promotions, publicity, bookings, and website development that most touring musicians just getting started could not otherwise afford. Our focus is on "artist management" for the seasoned touring artist and "artist development" working with musicians just getting started with a new CD release.
We also provide training and mentoring in local churches through Beyond4Walls. The purpose of Beyond4Walls is to provide mentoring, training, equipping and support for songwriters, worship leaders, worship teams, touring artists, and Christian musicians. Our goal is to help you fulfill your calling and destiny with the focus on edifying the body of Christ and glorifying God.
I have worked closely with some of the leading figures in the contemporary worship field including David Baroni, Integrity Music artists Paul Wilbur, Bob Fitts, Alvin Slaughter, Ron Kenoly, Lynn DeShazo, Carl Albrecht and many others. I have planned, organized and led teams to nations including Ghana West Africa, Lagos Nigeria, London, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Canada, and Eleuthera & Harbour Island Bahamas. The love of my life and my wife of 28 years, Laura, and I reside in Jacksonville, FL with our son Elliott. Our daughter, Emily, is pursuing a career in the theatre and dance world in New York City.
