I am a guitarist and singer/songwriter, performing on the local acoustic/folk scene. Regularly attending singers nights at Wharfe Unplugged Ilkley, Otley Folk Club, Skipton Folk Club, The Wuthering Heights at Stanbury, Live Lounge at Halifax & Open Mic Surgery at Hebden Bridge. as well as the odd appearance at Croxdale Folk Club near Durham, BACCApipes Folk Club Keighley & The Hole Note Acoustic open mic Hebden Bridge
I have also played in sessions at the Black Sheep Music Festival in Masham, the Hardraw Gathering, Otley Folk Festival and Haworth Arts Festival.
My simple songs cover a range of subjects from Pickled Eggs to Arson, they frequently have a humorous twist and they also contain some good choruses. In 2006 I recorded my first CD, a 6 track EP entitled That's The Style.
Over the last few years I have played various gigs at The Cross Pipes in Otley, Armley Music Feast, The ACE Centre in Nelson, Mr Bens in Leeds, O'Donoghues in Wakefield, Romford Folk Club in Essex, The Cross Roads Inn near Keighley, Sounds Unplugged in Glossop, Otley Folk Festival, Court In Session and The Red Lion in Otley.
