About me:
THE MAZE IS NOTTINGHAM'S TOP CULT AND UNDERGROUND MUSIC AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT VENUE.

SITUATED AT THE TOP OF THE FAMOUS MANSFIELD ROAD (JUST BEFORE THE JUNCTION WITH FOREST ROAD), THE MAZE HAS NOW BEEN OPEN FOR OVER 10 YEARS.

WE BELIEVE IN MIXING ALL SORTS OF MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT FROM REGULAR LIVE BAND NIGHTS TO COMEDY AND SOME OF THE EAST MIDLANDS TOP DJ COLLECTIVES THROWING PARTIES LATE IN TO THE NIGHT.

JUST LOOK AT THE LIST ON THE LEFT OF THE PAGE TO SEE SOME OF THE TOP NAMES ACTS WHO HAVE APPEARED HERE OVER THE YEARS!

WE ALSO ARE STRONG BELIEVERS IN SUPPORTING THE LOCAL MUSIC SCENE AND UP AND COMING TALENT IN THE UK, SO GET IN TOUCH IF YOUR INTERESTED IN PLAYING HERE.

It takes a certain tenacity to meld smart attitude with classic tradition, the credibility of a life lived with genuine hillbilly passion, and after her last show here, i can tell you Elizabeth Cook has it. While both ‘Dogwood Winter’ and 'Revelation' are stunning achievements, nothing compares to hearing AJ in a live setting. His performances are so powerful that it is commonplace for audience members to be moved to tears. As a master storyteller, AJ’s dry and cutting wit between songs has become nearly as celebrated as his performance of the songs themselves.

The long-awaited first collaboration between London soundsystem Urban Dub and 10 o’clock horses is now available. ‘Dub my world’ is on the new Urban Dub CD ‘seven track bootleg’
