Shawn "Chuck El’ Moon" Evans started composing music at the tender age
of seventeen and has since evolved into a musical genius. Growing up
for Chuck was just as ordinary as any middle class child in the
suburbs. Chuck was always drawn to the melodic sounds various songs
produced. During Chuck's high school years he would often draw crowds
of his peers to watch him display his talent. Though Chuck was seen
more as a comedian as he would do comedy influenced rap battles.
However Chuck wanted to be seen as more than a comedian, but yet a
musician. So much so he’d often skip class to work on perfecting his
craft. During the next couple of years, which would prove critical for
Chuck’s future career he was able to display his true calling for
music with the help of some local friends.
Meet: Milly Day
Amir "Milly Day" Patton answered his calling for music during his
sophomore year of high school. As a hobby Milly would often leave
messages on his family member’s phone reciting lyrics he composed in
his head. Milly knew he wanted to do more than just leaving messages;
in fact he wanted to become a recording artist. Milly had a message to
tell anyone who would listen to him. During high school Milly would
often gather around when Chuck performed, with hopes that Chuck would
acknowledge his presence. Though not wanting to seem like a fan (even
though he was) Milly was very nervous to approach Chuck due to the
size of his following at school.
Meet: Lyruk Bomb
Kiara “Lyruk Bomb” Rivers began her career as an electrifying dancer
around the St. Louis metro area. In 2006 Lyruk was blessed with the opportunity to dance back up for national recording artist Omarion. While pursuing her dancing career Lyruk booked a gig performing at a local party, coincidentally Chuck and Milly would be in attendance. Milly and Chuck noticed Lyruk’s performance and were instantly in aw. They would later go on to be introduced to Lyruk through a mutual friend. By this time Lyruk was shocked to find that the two wanted to meet with her just as much as she wanted to meet with them. As the trio would grow to become closer they realized their passion and love for music were complete parallels.
The Middle Class
Eventually the three would discuss starting a group, but did not
instantly pursue. After composing the song "My Band" Chuck and Milly
knew that their chemistry was undeniable, but felt there was a voice
missing. The two (not acting on instinct) decided to form what is now
known as The Middle Class in January 2008. Chuck and Milly would go on
to invite Lyruk to fill that missing voice. The three made a pact to
follow their dreams and let nothing stand in their way. The Middle
Class hopes to become a household name and further more one of the
greatest trios of all time. The Middle Class would like to thank each and
every person who has supported them through their endeavors and
promises not to let them down! The Middle Class would also like to
remind everyone through God all things are possible!
