" Meddahmorphosis, also known as victor castillo, was born in Harlem Hospital. As a young boy,
he was always drawn to serve humanity with unconditional love. He saw the world through a very lucid light; as something greater than what was perceived and was never one to conform to the norm of this society. Meanwhile at home, Meddahmorphosis was born into a somewhat dysfunctional family, mainly stemming from his fathers roots and his abusive upbringing that influence home life.
From birth, he was tested to remain calm although along with his home life he had internal struggles with being true to himself and conforming to everyday life. In a recollection to exemplify this, at around age 4, he wandered off at the beach. In his admiration for simple things that are often overlooked such as sand and trees, he lost his thought pattern and entered his remembered state of meditation. At first he did not understand it at first but he got lost in the midst of this and remembered where his parents car was. He found himself with a man who did not have any legs or arms but was trying to reach out to him. He was scared but yet didnt understand why.
Throughout his whole life, Meddahmorphosis was very rebellious, yet at the same time very loving to humans around him. He constantly got reoccurring flashbacks of his past life but unfortunately was chastised when ever it was mentioned at dinner tables or in conversations with parents, written off as just being blasphemous and childish. He was introduced to the hip-hop culture by his uncle, who was a graph writer and a breakdancer. Instantly Meddahmorphosis felt at home with the art of hip-hop, his uncle being his first exposure to it via music and breakdancing.
As he got older, Meddahmorphosis still had the drive to serve humanity but was still chastised and was always bored in the classrooms, maintaining himself in etherly realms of the universe or just daydreaming. The way of teaching in the education system he was subject to was not conducive to his learning but he was extraordinarily gifted with skills in creative writing, always speaking on the beautiful
visions he had through his written words. But his ability to focus in academia plagued him for a very long time.
By the time he hit middle school, his hip-hop infatuation deepened and he would with record off the radio tapes with other classmates and analyzed the music. He was starting to get a bit frustrated however because he had a void in his life; it was something that he couldnt put his finger on. Consequently, he thought it would be in the love of a woman and for a very long time was plagued by this misinterpretation. Meddahmorphosis urge was based on what he always saw and felt and did. He was aware that the world was and is not right and bringing about change stumped him. By the time he hit the 7th grade he was turning into a life that was based on false hoods and illusions, giving in to the pressures of adolescent life and getting involved in fights and all types of mishaps on the street. He was then skipped to the 9th grad and found himself lost and confused and very angry, neglecting the consciousness that was already within him.
Within his tumultuous 4 years of high school, he met his first mentor, who schooled Meddahmorphosis on politics, conspiracy theory and his history as a Dominican man. Even with all the things his mentor was teaching him, he was still fighting, robbing and selling narcotics, eventually getting kicked out of school and landing himself in a facility in New Jersey. He was then kicked out of that facility and decided to turn his life around and no longer live paralyzed by the fear of being himself. He ended up graduating high school with at tutor at home and this is when he became the Meddahmorphosis, writing more poetry than he ever did in his life. Politics and service to people became his focus. He became involved in a group called Sleepwalkers that was based out of Bergenfield, NJ where he lived. There was a conflict of creativity and loss of patience in the group, mainly stemming from MeddahmorphosisS desire to write about politics and his fellow emcees not being so keen on the idea. This type of tension led to them breaking up in 1999.
In college he met Alex, who is known as Irs, and they exchanged information. They saw themselves seeing the world eye to eye and a new friendship blossomed to something more than brothers. They constantly shared ideas on rhyming and how to perfect their skills, as well as exchanging ideas on how to help humanity. Irs introduced him to a book, The Book of Secrets by Osho and it was exactly what he was looking for. He no longer felt weird or crazy, as though everything he saw in the world or how he saw the world was in this book.
He ended up accepted Rajneesh Bagwan as his first guru and kept reading books similar to the one Irs introduced to him. By 2001, he started to go to venues such as End of The Weak at The Pyramid in Manhattan to go spit his rhymes. He deepened his life and started doing meditation instructed by Osho, eventually collecting more books on spirituality arose and building a library which contains about 2,000 books presently. Also around this time he started conducting social personal experiments, started randomly asking people questions, and analyzing their response times, breathing patterns, hand movements and the resonating sound of each word. From these experiences he learned more than he ever did from any other book. Meddahmorphosis started going around New York and New Jersey, helping humanity as much as he knew he could at that time. He found himself exhausted frequently from all his work and realized that its not how much one does do but rather how one does it so he calmed down and kept reading.
He decided one day to go and conduct a social experiment where he was walking dressed with Tibetan shirt, army boots and a Che Guevara shirt. It was then that he met the next stage of his life and who he recognizes to be his true mother. He entered her work place and his intuition told him to walk up the stairs. it was a vitamin shop that he met her and she inquired about his shirt and then they began to develop their conversation more. his eyes glowed like crystals in the middle of the moonlight and from this day forth his new life arose. he would frequently visit her and she would give him books, meditations to do and CDs to listen to. From these visitations he met many friends and began to network. he never stopped doing his sadhana (daily practice), which consisted of a meditation instructed by Osho where one can actually turn the body as hard as stone and listening to the triple mantra by Gurunam. 2 years passed and he went through his first enlightened state. One summer around midday, Kundalini rose and he saw what he was to do as a continuation of his past life in India. he was then instructed his guide to take the Kundalini yoga and in September 2004, he started teacher training to become a certified teacher. To deepen his understanding of this great knowledge, he went to Universal Force Healing Center in Manhattan where he met great individuals and fabulous gurus. At the end of his 6 month transformative stage as a yogi and was instructed by one of the Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa to introduce consciousness through hip-hop music and now he lives to serve and teach the wonderful art of Kundalini yoga and teach the urban communities the science of themselves and the nature of wahe guru. but all these expierences are falible as many may think contrary. he relies on his intuitive projections and insights for reading these days. all the many spiritual awakenings including a kundalini rising in 2002, which gave him deep insights on these different so-called phenomenons. Those were very humbling because he came to realize that these are just some of many of blockages that are being broken. They are a trick of maya (the illusion of duality which people call life) with cousins called psychic abilities, intuitions, lucidity, and astral travel and are just a mere trick to the ultimate truth that one-day may or may not happen. If it doesn’t happen in this lifetime he feels content with that also, and if it does it does. he also likes to help the poor and drug addicted in the streets of Newark, NJ with the skills of kundalini yoga and with his compassion and fire to deliver whatever it is that they may face and confront so that they may live a happier life fulfilled with truth and humility. The most awakening experience he can say to be in life with awareness, 24 hours a day and seeing the energy source of life expanding the most Lilliputian organism to the most magnanimous and seeing them as one.
