We are The Memphis West, and we're all about the groove-shred-destroy approach to music. We've been together playing shows since October of 2006 with a strict DIY mentality. Our name comes from the "West Memphis 3" events that took place in West Memphis, Arkansas. Though the events that took place were both equally compelling and controversial, we take away the importance of embracing diversity and even further try to apply that in the music we create.
