The Meow Meows are a legendary eight piece traditional Ska 'n' Roll supergroup from Brighton, UK. Welcome to our world (or at least, our MySpace page).
Our sound is an amalgamation of 60s garage rock 'n' roll, 80's 2Tone ska and anything else we may feel like chucking in. We formed back in summer 2005 mainly as an excuse to drink on a weeknight, but since then we have played with major international acts including Bad Manners, The Slackers, and The Aggrolites.
We miss our good friend and guitarist Ben Auld (RIP) very much, but after a year of uncertainty our future is clearer and brighter. Our regular "Club Meow" night is a fine way to celebrate the third Saturday of each month, and we have a bunch of summer festival appearances to look forward to.

We need a drummer! Please let us know if you are interested - we need someone who lives in Brighton or nearby, someone who is reliable and wants to commit to rehearsing at least once a week. Someone who can drive would also be a bonus!
