   About The Midnight Choir
The Midnight Choir are a small vocal group based in Bristol, England. We perform an eclectic but accessible set of songs with powerful a cappella four-part harmonies. Their current repertoire includes:

Goin' Back (Dusty Springfield / The Byrds / 1960s Pop)
I've Got A Project (Marcos Sullivan / 21st Century Pop)
Bang Bang (Joe Cuba / Boogaloo / 1960s Latin)
Cloudbusting (Kate Bush / 1980s Pop)
Walk Away Renee (The Left Banke / The Four Tops / 1960s Pop)
Kaval Sviri (Le Voix Bulgares / Bulgarian Folk)
Do You Realize?? (The Flaming Lips / 21st Century Pop)
The Way Love Used To Be (The Kinks / 1970s Pop)
Calvary (Sacred Harp / Shape Note Singing)
Jesus Hits Like The Atom Bomb (1940s Gospel)
Candy Says (The Velvet Underground / 1960s Pop)
Caution (Bob Marley / 1970s Reggae)
Shadows Breaking Over My Head (The Left Banke / 1960s Pop)
Northfield (Sacred Harp / Shape Note Singing)
Oye Como Va (Tito Puente / Santana / 1960s Latin)
Boy Child (Scott Walker / 1960s)
Territorial Pissings (Nirvana / 1990s Grunge)
Maghla Mtasa Tavliansa (Georgian Folk)
In The Backseat (Arcade Fire / 21st Century Pop)
Spring-Summer-Autumn-Winter (Rounds / Marcos Sullivan)

HIGH QUALITY DIGITAL COPIES OF MOST OF THESE SCORES ARE AVAILABLE (SATB FORMAT).

The singers were brought together in October 2005 by Marcos Sullivan. He provided most of the musical direction and wrote many original arrangements for the group. Some of the group used to sing with The Keepers Of The Fire. After two years of singing The Midnight Choir is taking a rest. Thanks for your interest and support.

Thanks! Our Stirling gig was recorded, and i plan to record some of the material 'properly' as well. I'm sure you know them already, but if not - listen to The Young Tradition.

I always flirt with death - I look ill but I don't care about it. I can feel the rhythm!

Hello choir/The Midnight Quartet.
Really enjoyed your set the other day so much that I had to tell you again, in "comment" form.
A triumph. Hope you do some more recording soon. Would really like to have something on a cd. Jem
