About me:
I’ve been working part time as a cartoonist for over ten years now. Over the years, I had been dutifully working different art jobs along with completing over 300 pages of new comic material for my romantic comedy comic series entitled “BIGGER”, all while working at the Farmington Valley Arts Center and a full time job. Last year was a great for freelance career, 2007 will prove to be even better.
It all started last April with me visiting the New York Comicon, when I was having portfolio reviews with different companies. There I joined the Comic Artists Guild and within six months I was named the Connecticut coordinator, organizing meetings and workshops. My reviews had paid off a few months later. There were some close calls that summer until I met with Radbu Productions and signed a two-issue contract for their upcoming series, “UNHAPPY GRAN’MA”. I also had printed up my first “BIGGER” trade paperback, "WORKING STIFF" and had a short story printed in GWP’s first issue of their horror anthology, “PSYCHOSIS”.
This year will have a lot of my work seeing print. The first “BIGGER” story will be reprinted as a trade paperback called "BIG BLOW-UP" as well as an additional trade called "COMING CLEAN" with new “BIGGER” material. A new role play gaming manual will come out featuring some of my work and the two “UNHAPPY GRAN’MA” books will be out soon.
