congrats! yeah i've doing the southbeach diet it's pretty easy, I've going to the local track too with a group of friends I've lost about 65lbs so far I'm trying to get slimmer before the end of august I'm going to Madrid Spain for a week lol maybe I'll meet my spanish emmette Cullen and stay there lol
