The MixShow Total Promotional Proposal Package: The MixShow has been on the air on WYAM TV51 for 10 years. It is broadcast across North AL and the Southern Tip of Tennessee on two Cable Services: Charter Communications on Channel 20 and PCL Cable on Channel 56. The digital signal being broadcast on several channels, 51-1, 51-2, and 51-3, (Coverage Map Attached) with select shows being streamed online. Airtime each week is from 6:00PM-7:00PM (CT) on television and it is also streamed live online during those hours. -Channel 80 with Charter Cable reaching 651,000 cable conncections Television Interview on The MixShow We will visit a prearranged location to interview artist and tape interview with artist. We will then edit footage down to air it as an episode on The MixShow and make several video clips to post on youtube and then place them on our myspace page and website. Artist will be provided with the embed codes so they may also post or use the video clips. Finally, artist will receive a copy of The MixShow and edited video clips. Services – Interview and possible performance on show on The MixShow: Artist can Co-Host The MixShow live or we can pre tape an interview with the artist. The MixShow is an hour-long live television show. There is approximately 20-25 minutes of live talking on each broadcast. While Co-Hosting artist will be asked questions and introduce themselves to our viewing audience. -Performance must be clean and edited version of song. In Store: In store walk through at FYE in Madison Square Mall and James Records and Tapes. FYE will play artist music or music video in store during the in store. An area will be dedicated with table for artist to meet and greet the public. Street Team Street Team and Give A Way: we have a street team that can place any promotional materials such as posters, CD singles, flyers, etc. Any items that you may provide. And we will do Give A Ways on The MixShow. Photographs and video will be used to document the distribution of materials when possible and placed online for you to view. Online Promotions: www.themixshow.net, www.myspace.com/themixshow A logos and or text with a links to your web site, email, contact info will be placed and distributed through the form of links, photos, and emails and bulletins online. Artist Club Performance: Performance at Generationz Party Center (GPC). Artist may perform a 12 – 15 minutes performance at GPC. GPC is a teen club ranging in age from 16-20 years of age with a capacity of 300 people at the venue. Television Adbuys: Spots are available on The MixShow, WYAMTV51, and statewide on the Alabama Cable Network (CAN), Charter Channel 80. Video Production: Basic video taping and video editing is $50.00 and hour. We tape on DV Cam tape using a Sony Digital Video Camera with a Sony Digital Recorder and a Cannon lens. All editing is done on a PC using Avid Liquid 7.1 Software.
