Band MembersAngela Oliver (Lead Vocals)

Angela, raised in Houston, Texas, began performing in large venue circuits at the age of 13. Since moving to Nashville in 1993 she has continually performed at festivals, showcases, private events, restaurants, nightclubs/lounges and has had airplay on 104.5 FM for a theme song written for the Tennessee Oilers, which she recorded and performed. She has also worked with several investors who helped her to create projects of her own, some of the songs of which she has written. She has also had extensive vocal training with the renowned vocal coach, Renee Grant-Williams, who has trained top recording artists like, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Martina McBride, Christina Aguilera and countless others. With powerful vocals and a stage commanding persona, Angela has obtained several steady house gigs, The Marriott of Cool Springs, Flying Horse and the Sheraton Music City, which she has been at for the past three and a half years.

Bill Kelly (Guitar/Lead Vocals)

Bill has been a professional musician since the age of 15. Over the years he has garnered two top ten records, one selling well over a million, and has had several top forty hits worldwide. Starting with the wild chart buster, “Timothy”, to top forty greats like, “If It Takes All Night” and “Runaway”, Bill has developed a reputation for outstanding vocal and guitar performances both live and in the studio with rock band DAKOTA. Throughout the nineties Bill traveled with Canadian superstar, Charlie Major, appearing many times on award shows and sharing the stage with artists like Tim McGraw and Billy Ray Cyrus. Touring with Queen was certainly a highlight for Bill and his band Dakota, as was recording with the likes of Danny Seraphine of the band Chicago and Hawk Wolinski of Rufus. However, holding down the guitar/tenor slot for the legendary Charlie Louvin certainly ranks high on his list too. He appears frequently on the Grand Ole Opry and continues to add to his studio credits as a guitarist, vocalist, and producer.

Nick Rather (Bass/Vocals)

A Nashville native, Nick’s career began when he started working with Mac Gayden, a Nashville singer/songwriter who has written such hits as, “Everlasting Love” and “She Shot A Hole In My Soul”. He has done several albums with JJ Cale including touring and continues to work with him to date. For the past three years to present, he has been performing regularly with Gary Lewis and The Playboys and touring worldwide.

Bryan Fox (Keys/Vocals)

Bryan grew up in Madisonville, Kentucky and plays five different instruments; keys, drums, bass, flute and mandolin. In 1980 he moved to Los Angeles and performed with several premier dance bands up until the early nineties. After moving to Nashville in 1996, he began touring worldwide with Engelbert Humperdinck, playing major venues on five continents from 1997-2006. He has also toured extensively with Gary Lewis and The Playboys as well as Collin Raye. Throughout the twenty six years of performing, he has accumulated over 2,700 performance dates.

Tim Smith (Drums)

A resident of Franklin, TN, and was the drummer for the band Poco for nine years. He has toured with several known artists from Brenda Lee, Clay Walker, Louise Mandrell, Sweethearts of the Rodeo, Clarence Dobbins and countless others. He has recorded with the likes of Jars of Clay whose album went multi-platinum, had a Grammy nomination, and won multi-Dove awards, as well as Matraca Berg, Helena Springs and several other artists both on major and independent record labels. Tim has been a regular in both the TV and theatre circuits being on TNN with the show, Nashville Now and Hee Haw, as well as performing in the orchestra pit for the broadway numbers of, Oklahoma, Fiddler on the Roof, Cabaret, Mame and L’il Abner. He has been the director of curriculum for the Nashville Percussion Institute for two years and is honored in the book, “Encyclopedia of Rock Stars”. His endorsements include, Drum Workshop, Zildjian Cymbals, Vic Firth Drumsticks, and Attack Drumheads. When he has time on his hands, he also is a freelance writer for several magazines such as, Music Connection Magazine, Music Row Magazine, Rhythm Magazine, Drum Business Magazine and several others. In the many years Tim has been performing, he has acquired an extensive background and experience and can definitely hold his own alongside some of the best drummers in the world.
