the MOCKIN' BIRDS
Hailing all the way from Chicoutimi, the Mockin Birds are a five-piece rock n roll band. Since 2005, the they are known for their wild performances and their crazy Rock n Roll lifestyles, but the passionate story of the birds started a couple years before, when Max and Moe put their inspiration together to write their first song.
In 2007, the Birds recorded their first released called Rockin at midnight which was recorded by Fire Lewis. After touring Québec and Ontario, after a couple of long and cold winters the birds wrote an impressing amount of new songs.
In February 2009, the band recorded at MAKINA STUDIO their second album SPREAD YOUR WINGS. This new album was produced by Hugo Mudie and Ryan Battistuzzi (Malajube, we are wolves, yesterday's ring)
The Birds are expected to tour across Canada this upcoming fall. SPREAD YOUR WINGS is now available.

Originaires de Chicoutimi, les Mockin Birds sont un sans aucun doute un groupe émregent à surveiller. Depuis 2005, les Birds sont reconnues pour leur performance endiablée et leur mode de vie plutôt fougueux. Cependant, la rocambolesque histoire du groupe a débuté en 2003 lorsque Max et Moe ont uni leur créativité pour écrire leur première chanson.
En 2007, les Mockin Birds ont lancé leur premier album « Rockin at Midnight ». Après plusieurs spectacles et quelques longs hivers froids, ils sont maintenant prêts à prendre leur envol…
En 2009, le groupe a enregistré son deuxième album SPREAD YOUR WINGS réalisé par Hugo Mugie et Ryan Battistuzzi. L'album sortira le 2 Septembre et ensuite, le band partira en tournée à travers le Québec et le Canada.
Great job hier, ce n'était quand même pas évident pour vous mais vous avez réussi ;) Ce fut quand même toute qu'un soir de première... River of Babylone mais surtout, le film porno qui jouait en background!! Assez douteux... hi hi
