HUGO ARROYO
Singer/Songwriter/Bass/Jarana/Percussion/Engineer
Born and raised in San Pablo, Hugo has been involved with Los Cenzontles since the age of 8. As the group evolved from its origins as a youth group, Hugo has played vihuela, guitarron, jarana, percussion and tuba.
Hugo’s eclectic taste in music – from rock to roots - has fed his growing interest in creating original music. He teaches voice and guitar at Los Cenzontles where he mentors children and teens.
