Yo, I'm getting stuff ready for our Spring'08 Sampler. Want a track or two on there? What I was thinking was one "studio" track then one live. I could just get the audio from the videos I took or whatever for the live stuff.
Anyway, just lemme know! I'm gonna have them sent off to be made hopefully by the end of this week, and should get them in early April.

Heads up here for you guys, my best friend Pete has been getting all the girls at school and work after he has not had a girlfriend in the past 2 years. I asked him if he is drugging them or whatever so he told me his little secret. First off, sorry it took me so long to respond to that last comment. But yea...Pat's coming down on May 5th (I think that's a Saturday), and although it's way far in advance you're welcome to play the show as well.
And also, I hate to keep asking you this, but do you know if you could book Black and Gold for Tuesday, January 16th? Short notice, but some of my friends from VA are on tour an are looking for a stop around here and they just asked me a couple days ago. They're kinda folky with a kinda punk kick, I guess. $1 from all of their CD sales go to a charitable organization and I think that's pretty cool, too. Argh! Everyone is putting up new songs when I can't listen to them. Yay for public libraries in Chicago not having headphones...Or rather, me being too cheap to buy them.
Oh, and if you're planning on printing one, then going to like a library or something to make copies, handwrite "Preshow @ YHC -- 2PM" on the master copy, so the preshow thingy will at least be promoted a little bit.

Basically, this is just a little short pre-show thing, everyone playing 3 or 4 songs. I'm not gonna be promoting this one near as much as the "main" show at Black and Gold though. Oh, and if someone comes to both shows, Rollie and I will give them a free CD and stickers.
Oh, and is the start time of 5 alright for the show? Typically I like to wait about 20 minutes after flyer time to start shows if that makes any difference.
