About The Monday Saga

Comin' at ya from good ol' Milwaukee, WI, The Monday Saga is a rock jam band founded by Peter Carlson and Brandon Mathieus. Having met during their day jobs and previous bands, Carlson and Mathieus decided to test out the acoustic waters and challenge themselves to develop as writers and performers. After playing together for about a year, the duo decided to expand the group with bassist Bryan Butler and drummer Bart Wagner. Having played with Brandon and Peter in a previous funk project, Bryan brought an exciting groove to the acoustic duo. Bart, a legendary session drummer and master of all that is jazz, pushed the group to new levels. All this and then some when you throw in Justin Jenkins on Keyboards to lay down the funk. When their powers combine, the result is a musical blend of acoustic pop and funkiness to provide a mix that hopefully everyone can enjoy.
