If you take two monocles add that piece of metal or plastic between the nose and add those other pieces of metal or plastic that stretch out to the ear you have glasses. Glasses are a little more convenient to keep on you face. None of this squinting stuff to keep them in place. Just looking out for the greater good and pointing out the unobvious.
