About The Moombas

The Moombas want you to add your rhythm to the blues… They like the syncopated snap of a snare drum rolling over grinding base amplification. They like gutbucket guitar breaks followed by blustering saxophone solos. They like voices that express the pain and joy in life and words that are rough and ready to the ear. They like gospel shouts and field hollers, juke joints and barrelhouses and dancers doing the slow drag in dark places. The Moombas like Memphis soul and Chicago swing. They like shuffling feet, smeared lipstick and forgotten tomorrows. They just want you to have a good time...So put your blues to the rhythm of the Moombas.

I just found out that we're related...and as a special family only present we've made a new song for you called "End of Days" (start doing backflips now). It's an epic instrumental opus to the moment when our ancient Dino relatives saw a large fiery object plummeting towards them.
