The Moore Brothers, from central Pennsylvania, come from a musical family of fifteen children. They are comprised of four brothers, Rick, Mike, Bill, and John and also feature Mike's wife Janie. The brothers started playing professionally with their father's country band when they were just small children. Today they are one of the most polished, professional country-rock show bands in the country. Because they have entertained so many different kinds of audiences, it is only natural that their music would reflect a wide variety of musical tastes. They play it all - traditional and contemporary Country, Classic Rock, origianal music and incorporate into their shows several tribute shows of the 50's and 60's music including the Beatles. The Brothers have played states all over the country including, Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Ohio, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Alabama, and West Virginia. They have also entertained the United States Marines at Paris Island.
The Moore Brothers have also done their share of recording and have recorded in some of the finest studios in the world, including Columbia in New York, and award-winning studios in Nashville. They are prolific song writers and regularly perform their own material in their shows. Their album "Credit To You," was Album of the Month on the Independent Charts in Europe in 2002. Three songs off their album charted on the Independent Top 100 Country Singles Chart. In 2003 were asked to perform at the Hank Williams Sr. International Fan Club festival. They were the opening act for David Ball, Jett Williams, Gene Watson, and Don Williams. They also had the honor to be the backup band for early members of Hank Williams band, the Drifting Cowboys."
