The Manatee Band is a Blues/Rock/Reggae band from Aurora Ontario. Formed in 2007, the lineup consists of Aaron (vocals, rhythm guitar), Crispin (vocals, lead guitar), Bruce (bass), and Paul (vocals, drums). br>
Aaron Morris -
Aaron is a singer/songwriter who has studied Musical Industry Arts and General Arts and Sciences at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. He has worked as a sound and light technician for the ArtSpace theatre in Peterborough. He has spent 15 years writing and recording his own material, some of which can be found at www.myspace.com/thetravellingcircusrevue. His work has also appeared on an Amnesty International CD entitled 'Voices Rising'. http://radio3.cbc.ca/bands/Aaron
Crispin Pedler -
Crispin has received a Higher Diploma w/ Distinctions for Music granted by Middlesex University. He is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, writes music software, and is the creator of www.freemusicsoftware.org.
Bruce Ewart -
Bruce started at an early age playing piano for the Royal Conservatory of Music and later learned guitar and played with various bands. He continues to write meaningful songs and has been playing Bass with The Manatee Band since the beginning.
Paul Mason -
Paul has, over the years accumulated experience playing with various percussion groups and bands throughout Canada and England. Paul is also an accomplished songwriter, bass and guitar player.
