  • Bio

    The Moves started out as a fluke, revolving around the Open Mic at Nietzsche's, a well known Buffalo Bar that has showcased original music for thirty years. Matt, the drummer, was in town couch surfing from Montreal when he became acquainted with the rest of the guys at Taza, a local coffee shop in the Allentown district. One thing lead to another and they quickly found that they had a dynamic sound which lead to the creation of The Moves, basing their music on a punk rock sound that makes you want to move, naturally. Ben Perrello has entered to fill the void on drums as Matt has departed for France. Hopefully some day soon the two of them will be drumming at the same time! Their catchy riffs and sometimes comical lyrics are sure to turn heads and don't be surprised if you catch them on the radio or in a town near you. Stay tuned!
