The Moxy has spent the year recording their EP’s. Their fan base has expanded nationally with the help of their appearance in Bam Margera’s most recent Warner Bros. movie “Where The F**K Is Santa?" as well as put out a video for their single "Step Down".
Since the release of their first EP on Christmas Eve of 2008, The Moxy fans have demanded they tour across the nation, to Australia and the UK. They have delayed touring to record their follow up EP which is being released this summer and was funded almost entirely by fan donations. The Moxy now has a full repertoire that their fans will be familiar with and be able to rock out with them at our shows.
The Moxy has a loyal and dedicated fan base due to how involved they are with the Moxy Mob (Street Teams). They promote like madmen and put on energetic and frequently sold out shows. As their MySpace page shows, their fans are eager for them to tour, and with the completion of their record, they are now ready to dedicate their time to extensive touring.
The Moxy has played with CKY, The Sounds, Aiden and were the headlining band for Kat Von D's birthday party this past March. Their most recent shows had fans traveling from Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Maine, and have flown in from Wisconsin just to see a show. Numerous fans have their logo branded in tattoos on them and the following is growing rapidly every day. They also have the benefit of having Bam Margera and his team’s full support which only fuel the fire of The Moxy’s cult following.
They are anxious to get on the road and connect with their fans nationwide. Ideally they’d like to go overseas this year as well but their priority is to tour the nation. As a band, they are a marketing & promotional monster along with our nationwide (and worldwide) Moxy Mob Street Teams.
