The Mudhens were a five piece Boston band whose sound was described as a cross between rock, pop, jazz. The band played continuously throughout the northeast and amassed a large and loyal following before calling it quits on December 31, 2002. In 1997 the Mudhens played several dates upon the HORDE tour, sharing the stage with the likes of Neil Young, Ben Folds Five, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Guster, Cake and others. Billboard Magazine called the band 'one of the most adventurous bands', take a listen and find out why. The group's worked closely with producer Anthony J. Resta (Collective Soul, Shawn Mullins, Duran Duran) on several of their recordings. Some of the Mudhens songs are available on iTunes, while some of the CDs can be found on amazon.com. While active, the Mudhens recorded 5 CDs and sold over 25,000 copies.

Hey Thanks for letting me know. I am certainly hoping I can make it. I am in weddings the two weeks prior so my cash flow and my energy might be tough! I will try my best to be there! Hope you are all well. Talk soon Michelle
It's like everyone's reuniting! I haven't seen you guys since Presque Isle I think? Somewhere in ME in like '98 with Rustic.. we all stayed in the same awful hotel.. Good times. :P
Hey... just listened to some of the clips from the Harpers show... you guys are still amazing!!! I really wish I was there for that one... what do you think about Mudhens reunion II... in Boston this summer with Tony Roberts (featuring some of the surviving members of Mindflow and various other defunct Boston bands) opening up for ya....???
I flew in from Orlando for the show! I'm glad I had the opportunity to see at least the final show! It was a truly memorable night, Thanks again! You all rocked! Much love Emily!
I got one of the greatest phone calls last weekend...I live in Los Angeles now (formerly from Boston), and a buddy of mine called me from Boston...He goes "Dude, you're not gonna believe this, I'm calling you from the Mudhen reunion show! They're about to come on stage!!!"
And then literally, you guys came on stage!!! I only wish I was there to see it! I heard it was a fantastic show!! Good luck guys.
