WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE INSIDE.
It is nice to have a list of fancy equipment but in the hands of no experience it is not much use, here at the muse rooms we would like to talk about our experience.
I have been in and around music for over three decades and seen many things change, from production techniques using just samples to create a song to recording everything at different times and places to recording in the more traditional way of the band playing live in a controlled acoustic environment.
And the many developments in sound equipment that have swept the world of audio. I have a lot of personal exierence in all aspects of recording, I have recorded solo voice to loud out of tune punk bands and most things in between.

The heart of the Muse Rooms.
We use both digital and analogue recording formats in multitrack recording and two track mastering. All systems are automated for mixdown. I feel that it is worth mentioning that our digital recording system runs in real time enabeling the use of real time FX for play back and recording. We have an extensive midi set up using synths, samples, standard midi instrument banks. real drums. drum machines and lots of midi sound modules that include, Alesis Q57, Emu Proteous 2000, Korg trinity, Roland Juno106, Roland JV2080, Roland XV2020, and many more.

24 channel digital fully automated 44 inputs on mixdown and Soundcraft 48 channel 8000 A mtrx.
COMPUTING--
Here at the Muse Rooms we have built a super computer using two, fourway opterons on big server board that can handle 16 gig of ram. all audio data is writen directly to very fast raptur hard drives in real time with no latencey. all file formats can be instaled from DVD or CD ie wav, aif, aiff, ogg vorbis, mp3 etc.
TAPE MACHINES--
Teac 38's and a Revox A77 two track master recorder vintage 1967.
Teac 112 Tape deck.
We also have an interesting collection of equipment in the muse rooms worth coming to see.
